That’s why we stand behind the quality of our training and are committed to delivering the hands-on experience, professional instruction and course inclusions advertised at the time of your booking.
Our Money-Back Training Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind when enrolling, while ensuring a fair and transparent process for everyone.
What’s Covered by Our Guarantee?
Our voluntary guarantee covers eligible situations where Melbourne Tinting Academy fails to deliver a material part of the training or course inclusions expressly promised at the time of enrolment.
Examples include:
- Failure to provide the advertised hands-on practical training.
- Failure to deliver significant techniques or training components included in your purchased course.
- Failure to provide the advertised one-on-one instruction.
- Failure to supply material course inclusions expressly promised as part of your booking.
If you experience a genuine issue with the quality or delivery of your training, we encourage you to notify your instructor as soon as reasonably possible.
We will assess your concerns fairly and seek an appropriate resolution, which may include additional instruction, replacement training or another suitable remedy.
If we materially fail to deliver our advertised training commitments and cannot reasonably resolve the issue, you will be eligible for a 100% refund under our voluntary guarantee.
What’s Not Covered?
Our voluntary Money-Back Training Guarantee does not provide an automatic refund in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind: Deciding after booking or completing your training that window tinting is no longer something you wish to pursue.
- Individual learning ability: Finding certain techniques difficult or requiring additional practice to become proficient.
- Unrealistic expectations: Expecting to master every aspect of professional window tinting within one or two days.
- Business or financial outcomes: Not securing customers, employment, business opportunities or a particular level of income after completing the course.
- Personal preference: Dissatisfaction unrelated to a failure to deliver the advertised training commitments.
- Completed training: Completing the course and receiving the advertised instruction does not, by itself, establish eligibility for a refund.
These exclusions apply only to our additional voluntary guarantee and do not restrict any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your training did not meet our advertised commitments, please contact Melbourne Tinting Academy and provide:
- Your full name and training date.
- The course you attended.
- A description of the advertised training commitment you believe was not delivered.
- Any relevant supporting information.
We will review your request fairly, consider the circumstances and explain the proposed resolution.
We may offer to address the issue through additional instruction or replacement training where appropriate. However, this process does not limit any refund or other remedy you are legally entitled to receive.

Important Information
This Money-Back Training Guarantee is a voluntary commitment offered by Melbourne Tinting Academy in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or statutory remedy. Where Australian Consumer Law provides an entitlement to a refund, compensation, repeat performance or another remedy, those rights apply regardless of the voluntary guarantee’s eligibility conditions.
Individual learning outcomes and time required to develop professional skills may vary.
